Yes, LVAS has filed for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization status.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes, donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

How is Las Vegas Country Club Estates Arbor Society related to LVAS?

LVCCEAS is the founding chapter of LVAS — same nonprofit, not a separate legal entity.

Where do donations actually go?

Mostly tree stock, irrigation setup and upkeep, volunteer event costs, and general chapter support. Designate a gift to a specific chapter and it stays there.

What if a tree I sponsor dies?

LVAS chapters replace trees that fail within their establishment warranty period (species-dependent, typically 1–2 years) at no additional cost to the sponsor.

How do I get involved without donating money?

Show up to a Volunteer Saturday, join a chapter board, become a Community Ambassador, or help out with the Youth Leadership Program.
